HI-EMS body treatment 2 zones – 50 minutes
Targeted muscle stimulation for body contours · 2 areas
Service Description
A HI-EMS body treatment of 50 minutes for two areas at Beauty & Mind in Amsterdam. This single session is suitable if you want to focus on muscle tone and firmer-looking body contours, for example around the abdomen, buttocks, arms or legs. HI-EMS uses electromagnetic pulses to trigger repeated, intensive muscle contractions. The applicator is placed on the treatment area and stimulates the muscles while you lie down. This form of body sculpting focuses on muscle tone, firming and body contours. During the appointment, we determine which body areas fall within your booked zones. We position the applicator carefully and adjust the intensity to the area and your comfort. You feel the muscles contract and relax. Your booked treatment time remains 50 minutes. You are booking one 50-minute treatment. Location: Beauty & Mind, Maasstraat 128, Amsterdam.
