Service Description
The IPL M22 rosacea course at Beauty & Mind in Amsterdam consists of five facial treatments of 40 minutes each. This course targets persistent redness and visible superficial blood vessels associated with rosacea and couperose. The aim is less visible redness and a more even skin tone. We treat the skin with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) from the Lumenis M22 platform. Haemoglobin in small blood vessels absorbs the light energy and converts it into heat. This selectively treats the vessels that contribute to the red colour of the skin. The filter and light settings are tailored to your skin and the area being treated. At each appointment, we assess your skin, cleanse the treatment area and perform IPL with eye protection and a cooled contact tip. We explain skin care and sun protection after treatment. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time, using your booking confirmation. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, or do not attend, we charge 50% of the treatment price, up to a maximum of €150 per appointment. For treatment courses, the per-session price within the course applies. Any advance payments will be offset against this charge. Please arrive on time. If you are delayed, we will assess what is still possible within your reserved treatment time. If we cancel your appointment, you can choose a new appointment or a refund.
