Would you like to address dimpling on your thighs, focus on your abdomen or have a treatment for heavy legs? Below, we explain what Endospheres® is used for and which body areas can be treated.
Cellulite is the dimpling and unevenness you may see on your thighs and buttocks. Endospheres® massages the skin and underlying tissue using pressure and vibrations. The aim is smoother-looking skin. The degree of change varies from person to person; cellulite is not guaranteed to disappear.
Do your legs feel heavy after standing or sitting for a long time? The rhythmic massage may temporarily stimulate local circulation. Endospheres® is also used with attention to lymphatic drainage: the removal of tissue fluid through the lymphatic system. Tell us about any persistent or unexplained swelling before treatment.
Body contours refer to the shape and appearance of areas such as your abdomen, waist, buttocks and thighs. Endospheres® is used to massage these areas mechanically, focusing on skin texture and firmness. It is not a treatment for losing weight.
Areas may include your thighs, buttocks, abdomen, waist, arms or back. You book the number of zones in advance, with a fixed duration and price. At the start of your appointment, we discuss which body areas to focus on within your selection. You do not need to decide on those areas beforehand.

THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND THE TREATMENT
How does Endospheres® work for the body?
Endospheres® uses Compressive Microvibration®: pressure and low-frequency vibrations that create a rhythmic massage. The body handpiece contains 55 rotating silicone spheres. The therapist moves it over the selected zones to massage the skin and underlying tissue.
The massage may temporarily stimulate local microcirculation: blood flow in the small blood vessels. Endospheres® is a mechanical treatment without injections or surgery. For cellulite and body contours, the massage focuses on skin texture in the chosen area.
You feel a firm, rolling massage with rhythmic vibrations. Some areas are more sensitive than others. You do not need to tolerate pain: tell us straight away so we can adjust the intensity.
You book the number of zones, duration and price in advance. At the start of your appointment, we discuss which body areas to treat. We also adjust the intensity to your sensitivity. This discussion is part of your appointment.

During the treatment
You lie on the treatment bed while we move the Endospheres® handpiece over the chosen body zones. The rotating spheres apply pressure and vibrations. Tell us how it feels so we can adjust the intensity.

Evaluation & follow-up
After the massage, we discuss how your body responds and provide aftercare advice where needed. With a course, you book one appointment first. You can arrange the remaining appointments with us later.

You can book your Endospheres® treatment directly online. You do not need to arrange a separate consultation first. We choose the body areas and adjust the massage at the start of your booked appointment.
Yes. Book the 25-minute trial treatment for €70. This lets you experience the pressure and vibrations of the handpiece before choosing a single treatment or a course. You do not have to commit to a course straight away.
Are you pregnant, taking medication, or do you have a medical condition, skin concerns or a recent procedure? Tell us before your treatment. We can then discuss whether the massage is suitable and whether advice from your doctor is needed.
You receive clear guidance on preparation and what to expect after treatment. If anything changes in your health during a course, let us know so we can take it into account.

Would you like to try the technique first? Book the 25-minute trial treatment. For a single appointment, choose one zone (30 minutes), two zones (40 minutes) or three zones (50 minutes). We discuss which body areas to treat within your selection during the appointment. You do not need to contact us beforehand.
Choose a course for one, two or three zones and select a date and time for your first treatment. You can arrange the remaining appointments with us later. The two-zone course includes six 50-minute sessions; the one-zone and three-zone courses include ten sessions of 30 and 50 minutes respectively.
Endospheres® feels like a firm massage with rolling pressure and vibrations. The experience varies by body area and sensitivity. Tell us straight away if anything feels uncomfortable. We adjust the intensity; you are not expected to endure pain.
You can usually resume your daily activities after an Endospheres® treatment. The massage is applied externally, without injections or surgery. How your skin and body respond varies from person to person. Tell us about any sensitivity afterwards; we will give you appropriate advice.
There is no fixed number of sessions after which everyone sees the same result. It depends on factors such as your skin, treatment area and goal. Our courses include six or ten appointments. The photos show examples after 8, 15 and 18 sessions; these numbers are not a promise for your course.
