About Beauty & Mind
Beauty & Mind is a sole proprietorship operated by T. Leskova, Maasstraat 128, 1078 HP Amsterdam, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 72067209. Contact: info@beauty-mind.nl or +31 (0)6 41 29 78 29. These terms apply to facial and body treatments, consultations and treatment courses.
Booking, payment and treatment
The offer states each treatment’s content, duration and price. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive the booking confirmation. Check the details and report errors. Consumer prices include applicable VAT. Payment arrangements and any advance payment are stated before booking. Additional treatments require your agreement to their content and cost.
Before treatment, we discuss your wishes and relevant information about your skin, body and previous treatments. Tell us about medication, allergies, pregnancy and other relevant circumstances. We explain the procedure, preparation and aftercare and provide treatment with professional care. Changes are discussed beforehand.
Appointments and courses
You may cancel or reschedule online free of charge until 48 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and missed appointments incur 50% of the reserved treatment price, capped at €150 per appointment. Charges are reduced if they exceed a reasonably justifiable amount. The full Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Each course states the number of sessions, duration and total price. Any expiry period is disclosed before purchase. Courses do not renew automatically. If you stop a course, completed sessions are charged at the course session rate; the unused amount is refunded after any separately payable reasonable cancellation charges.
Complaints and statutory rights
Email questions or complaints with your name and treatment date to info@beauty-mind.nl. We respond substantively within 14 days or explain within that period when a substantive response will follow. We discuss an appropriate solution. Liability is determined by law, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Dutch law applies without removing additional mandatory consumer protection. Disputes may be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under the law.
