What would you like to improve?
Is your jawline becoming less defined, are small folds appearing on your neck, or are your cheeks losing firmness? Ultraformer targets the support beneath the skin. Choose the area you want to treat; we select the settings for that area during your appointment.
The chin treatment targets the contour below the face. To include the surrounding facial contours, choose half the face including the chin. This lets you book the area you want to focus on.
The neck and eyelids are separate options on the price list. These areas differ in skin thickness and contour, so the cartridge and application are selected for each area.
As firmness decreases, the folds between the nose and mouth can become more noticeable. A targeted nasolabial-fold treatment is available. For a broader approach, choose the full face including the chin.

THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND THE TREATMENT
How does Ultraformer III work?
HIFU stands for High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound. The handpiece focuses ultrasound energy at small points beneath the surface of the skin. The resulting heat contracts collagen-rich tissue and stimulates the formation of new collagen.
This process supports skin firmness and develops in the weeks after treatment. The skin surface remains intact.
SMAS is a deeper supporting layer of connective tissue and muscles in the face. Ultraformer has cartridges for different depths, including the level of the SMAS. The term SMAS lifting refers to the targeted treatment of this support beneath the skin.
Skin thickness differs around the eyes, on the cheeks and along the jawline. The cartridge determines the depth at which ultrasound energy converges. Selecting the appropriate depth for each facial area directs the pulses to the intended supporting tissue layer.

Skin check & preparation
We examine the booked area, discuss your skin and mark the treatment region. Ultrasound gel is then applied to ensure good contact between the skin and handpiece.

Focused HIFU pulses
We systematically position the handpiece and deliver the pulses. You feel brief warmth, tingling or pressure. The settings are adapted to the area and your comfort.

Aftercare & gradual improvement
Afterwards, we remove the gel and discuss your skin care. Collagen formation continues after the appointment. Allow time for the change in skin firmness to develop.

Book the area you want to address. The duration and price are fixed in advance. Your appointment includes a skin assessment and selection of the settings.
Choose the chin, neck or nasolabial folds to focus on one of these areas. Half the face including the chin suits a broader goal around the lower facial contour. The neck is a separate booking option.
For a broader facial firming treatment, choose the full face including the chin. This appointment takes 50 minutes. Eyelid treatment is also available as a separate option.
The eyelids have a separate 30-minute treatment. This small area requires an appropriate cartridge and targeted application. Choose this option if the skin around your eyes is your main focus.

The options on this page are individual treatments. After the first session, allow time for collagen formation. Further treatment is based on changes in your skin and the area you want to maintain.
When energy is delivered, you feel short warm prickles or deeper pressure. The sensation varies by area. Tell the practitioner how it feels during the session so the application can be adapted to your comfort.
You can usually resume your daily activities. Your skin may temporarily be red, slightly swollen or sensitive. Keep your skin care gentle and follow the advice provided about heat and sun protection.
The treated area may feel firmer shortly after your appointment. Further changes develop gradually as collagen forms. Assess the effect over the following weeks and months, for example using photos taken from the same angle and in the same light.
HIFU uses ultrasound energy to firm tissue at selected depths beneath the skin. IPL uses light pulses and mainly targets colour differences such as pigmentation and redness. If a firmer facial contour is your main goal, HIFU is relevant to that goal.
