Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free changes until 48 hours beforehand
You may cancel or reschedule online free of charge until 48 hours before the scheduled start. Use your booking confirmation or the online booking environment. If this does not work, contact info@beauty-mind.nl or +31 (0)6 41 29 78 29. The time we receive your cancellation is decisive. Advance payments for appointments cancelled in time are refunded.
Within 48 hours or failure to attend
For cancellation less than 48 hours before the start or failure to attend, we charge 50% of the reserved treatment price, capped at €150 per appointment. Rescheduling within this period attracts the same charge for the original appointment. We account for costs saved and refilling the appointment; the charge is reduced where these circumstances make the fixed amount unreasonable. We explain the calculation on request.
Advance payments are offset against the cancellation charge and the remainder is refunded. For a course, we use the session rate within the course. We do not both charge a cancellation fee and count a full session as used. If you are late, please call; we will check what is possible in the reserved time.
Courses and cancellation by Beauty & Mind
You may end a prepaid course in writing. Completed sessions are charged at the course session rate without retrospective repricing at a higher single-treatment rate. We refund the unused amount, less any separately payable reasonable cancellation charges. Courses with different components use the price allocation agreed beforehand.
If we cancel an appointment, you may choose another appointment or a refund for that appointment. If a treatment proves unsuitable before it is provided, we discuss alternatives. You do not have to accept an alternative or a voucher; payments for treatments not provided are refunded.
Refunds and complaints
We process refunds within 14 days after entitlement arises. We use the original payment method unless you agree to another method at no additional cost. Questions or complaints can be sent to info@beauty-mind.nl. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
